Fashion House Sustainable Trend Direction Proposal: Ann Demeulemeester Case Study
Stepping into the shoes of a chosen fashion house, I believed I was well equipped and informed to foresee the future development of Ann Demeulemeester if they were to head down a sustainable path.
With consideration of the brand’s ideology and methods of artisanal craftsmanship, my proposal leans towards a collaboration with technology to elevate past the limitations of traditional jewelry and lacework making to a more detailed, delicate design for storytelling exploration.
Researching the brand's identity and values, I conjured up a target audience to be expected of a brand consumer, stating a hypothetical lifestyle and interests as well as habits.

Taking into account the brand's signature looks, I took notice of their current signature stylistic choices and related them back to their relevancy and potential trend direction from fabric choices and details.
